Are you planning to travel to Mongolia and wondering if you need a visa? Great news—61 countries can visit visa-free for up to 30 days, thanks to the government’s "Years to Visit Mongolia" initiative (2023-2025).
If you’re from one of the visa-free countries, you’re all set! No visa required for tourism. If you’re not on the list, don’t worry—you can easily apply for a visa through the nearest Mongolian Embassy or opt for an e-visa if eligible.
If you are from the countries with no Mongolian Embassy or consulate office, there are 2 ways to obtain a Mongolian Visa:
1. Apply for a visa in the closest country.
We will send you a visa invitation letter for your nearest country.
2. Mongolia Visa On Arrival
Visitors who are coming from countries where there is no Mongolian Embassy and consulates near are eligible to obtain an on-arrival visa at the airport of Mongolia.
In this case, we can apply on behalf of you.
For travelers without a Mongolian embassy or consulate in their home country, a visa can be obtained upon arrival at the Mongolian border.
