A: Group tour means discounted itineraries with fixed departure dates in our comprehensive group tour list giving the best deals. Meeting like-minded people is exciting, but making lifelong friends is a great bonus of group travel. Private trip is run exclusively for you, your family with seniors or children, or friends and no other people. You may choose an ideal pre-made private itinerary on our website, or we can customize one in line with your specific wishes. All arrangements are flexible to fit your travel style.
A: Prices are a bit different in different seasons due to the various rates of hotels and flights. It is usually more expensive to travel in high season, which is from June till the early of October. Winter and Spring from late October to May of the next year is low & off season depending on destination. If your travel match in Mongolian low season, it is a good way to gain an affordable trip as airfare and hotel rates are a lower.
A: Children are always welcome to join our Mongolia Private tours and we will recommend suitable tour program depending on your children age and we offer below discount for your children: • Free of charge for less than 2 years old. • From 3-10 years old: 30% discount from regular adult price. • For children 11 and over, they will be charged at the regular adult price.
A: If you arrive a few days earlier than our scheduled group package, we can book the extra night hotel accommodation and customize private activities for you before joining the group. Likewise, you can also extend your vacation to any of your interested destination after the end of whole escorted group package. Some people may worry about being late for the trip due to an international flight delay or change. In such circumstances, please keep us informed with the updated flight schedule. We will make all necessary alternative arrangements.
