The Hyundai County is a popular choice for group travel and tours in Mongolia, typically seating up to 24 passengers. However, the Hyundai County bus generally has limited dedicated luggage space inside the passenger cabin and does not have external luggage compartments. As a result, travelers need to store their bags within the passenger area. For comfort and convenience, it is recommended to limit the number of passengers to 16 when traveling with luggage.

A : The earlier the better. However, at least 4 hours would be recommended for airport and train station transfer. For long term car rental service, 24 hours is enough time. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone. Our phone number is +976 88040513.
A: Your driver will be kept aware of your flight's arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive. All at no extra charge.
For airport, train station transfer, Terelj National Park, Hustai National Park, and Ulaanbaatar city car rentals do not require petrol fee and other extra fees.
However, for longer day car rentals, you should pay for petrol, driver's meals, and accommodation during your trip. There is no daily kilometer limitation, but the driver's maximum driving duration is 8-10 hours a day.
A: If you are happy with the service you receive, even a very small tip will be much appreciated by your driver. However, this is not compulsory. This is entirely at your discretion.
A: Yes, if you are travelling on business and need receipt. Your driver will be able to provide you a paper receipt otherwise we will send you receipt via email.
A: When you arrive at the train station or at Chinghis Khaan International airport, or at your hotel reception area, our driver will be holding a card (a banner) with our company logo and your lead passenger’s name printed on it.
