Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Special requests
Should there be any request for special meals, dietary requirements, seating arrangements, and adjoining rooms, and so on, please inform us at the time of making your booking. We will try to meet any request you have, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every person’s needs and we make no promises and take no responsibility for special requests which we are unable to fulfill. If we reasonably feel we are unable to satisfactorily accommodate your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline the booking or ask for you to be accompanied by a person who is able to provide full assistance to you throughout your tour.
Travel Documents
You shall ensure that you have a valid international passport with a minimum of 6 (six) months' validity and visas have been obtained etc., Please ensure you carefully read your invoice and all other documents we send to you as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect.
Travel Insurance
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance from their country of origin. Before your trip, you should inform us by email about your insurance company contact details, insurance number, and phone numbers of your relatives in case of any emergency and health issues!

Our main goal is to provide you with excellent service. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Guru Travel Mongolia within 10 days after your departure from Mongolia. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid.
