Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. After clear customs and claim your luggage, you will be greeted by your private tour guide & driver at the exit and then transferred to your hotel. After check-in, free at leisure for the rest of the day to refresh yourself from jet lag.

Today your guide and driver pick you up and take a short drive to Mongol Nomadic Show. Show includes

  • Demonstration of everyday life of traditional Mongolian families and herders in a real life,
  • Making dairy products and offering the taste of it,
  • Live demonstration of the movement of Mongolian herder family by the carts including ox carts and by camel freight,
  • Live demonstration of milking yaks, fastening and milking sheep, and goats, and milking the mare.
  • Making the felt and tanning process
  • Demonstration of national musical instruments and singing of folk songs,

Horsemanship shows.After a relaxing lunch, we will head to Lake Ugii. This freshwater lake is 5km wide, 7km long, and surrounded by a steppe natural zone. The lake has lots of water birds and fish including perches and pikes for fishing. Dinner and overnight at a tourist camp near the shore of the lake.

After breakfast, our excursion continues to the famous Tsenkher hot spring that reaches +86.5"C and its flow rate is 10 liters per second. Additionally, it is believed that the hot spring is good for treating rheumatism, neuralgia, muscular pain and helps to improve the digestive system, restoring immunity. 
      Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and hike in the surrounding hills and forests to discover pools and steams of hot springs. Curative water and amazing nature featured by wooded mountains make this an excellent place for relaxing in the hot spring.

Today you will travel to across vast grassy plains, interspersed with basalt rocks and meandered rivers. Orkhon Valley is accepted as a “Cultural Landscape” of the UNESCO World Heritage. Orkhon waterfall was formed by volcanic eruptions and earthquakes some 20000 years ago. On the way, have lunch at smoke & steppe, take an excursion to the waterfall and then explore the area from horseback for one hour. This evening you will stay in a nomad family and have traditional khorkhog for your dinner.

 At 8 am, you will meet with your private tour guide and driver at your hotel and start your trip to Elsen Tasarkhai - the beautiful sand dunes are covered with rare bushes shrubs such as willow, elm, and dogwood and a small forest near a river. After lunch at the tourist camp, we will visit the camel herder family and explore their unique nomadic lifestyle and discover this magnificent place on camelback. Dinner and overnight at Tourist camp.

This morning let us take you to the world’s last wild horse (never domesticated), Takhi in Hustai National Park with an open steppe, a river valley, a birch forest, and mountains.  Lunch and check-in at a tourist camp near the National Park.
After some refreshments, we visit the information center and learn familiar with the national park and wild horses.
      Take a short drive and walk to see the horses in their natural habitat.  There is a great opportunity to take photos of these endangered horses.

At 8.00 am depart for Terelj National Park. the nearest and the most breathtaking sightseeing from the capital Ulaanbaatar. En route, you will drive to “Genghis Khan Statue Complex” which is currently the biggest (40m high) equestrian statue in the world. You can go inside and enjoy museums, souvenir shops.   
      In the afternoon, we will explore the national park and see Turtle Rock - the symbol of the National Park. You can climb on the rock if you want, Also, visit the Ariyabal meditation temple.  Once you reach the temple and stand on the top of the hill, you will be amused by the whole park view.

This morning, we will return to Ulaanbaatar.  Upon arrival, visit Zaisan Memorial Hill is a popular tourist attraction and one of the highlights of Ulan Baatar because of the fantastic views it offers over the city. Next, visit the largest glorious Gandan monastery and capture the monks’ daily rituals. After lunch at a good local restaurant in Ulaanbaatar, visit the Museum of Mongolian National History – It provides an excellent overview of the history and culture of Mongols from prehistory to the contemporary era. Continue to visit Sukhbaatar square which lies at the heart of the city. The Mongolian Parliament Building stands in the north of the square, displaying an astonishing sight of Genghis Khaan and his warriors’ sculptures. The evening is dedicated to visiting the Folklore show. It’s a great chance to hear Khöömii (throat singing) and see some fabulous costumes.  Your farewell dinner is at your hotel.

You will be free at leisure in your hotel or wander around on your own until being escorted to the Chinggis Khaan International Airport for your departure flight home.
