Your international flight arrives at the city airport at ----, where your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and unwind, allowing you time to recover from the long flight or adjust to any jet lag.

Accommodation: Hotel 3* in Ulaanbaatar. Meals: not included this day

At 9.00 am Set off from Ulaanbaatar for Terelj National Park, just a short drive away, and renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. Following lunch, we will take a short drive to the dog sledding camp and then enjoy dog sledding with a team of Huskies. Lead your own team and sled in a magical winter atmosp here. Then we will explore the national park and see Turtle Rock - the symbol of the National Park. You can climb on the rock if you want, Also, visit the Ariyabal meditation temple - Continue your journey to the Ariyabal Meditation Temple, located on a hilltop. After a short climb, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of the entire national park, offering a peaceful moment of reflection. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in the national park.

After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey towards Mandalgovi, a town in the Middle Gobi region. Along the way, we will stop at the Genghis Khan Statue Complex, home to the world’s largest equestrian statue standing at 40 meters tall. Take some time to explore the complex, which includes museums, souvenir shops, and an impressive view of the surrounding countryside from the top of the statue. Continue the drive, and upon arrival in Mandalgovi, check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner to end the day.

After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll set off for the Muhar Shivert Frozen Waterfall, located 7 km south of the entrance to Yol Valley in the eastern mountains. This breathtaking site is one of the nine wonders of Umnugovi Province. Surrounded by rugged peaks, the area is home to a variety of wildlife, including eagles, wild sheep, ibex, and other birds of prey.In the late afternoon, we’ll continue our journey to Dalanzadgad, the capital of Umnugovi Province, where we’ll arrive in time for dinner. You’ll spend the night in a comfortable local hotel.

We’ll begin our journey towards Bayanzag, also known as the Flaming Cliffs, a world-renowned paleontological site. This area, once an ancient seabed, has yielded significant dinosaur fossils, including the groundbreaking discovery by Roy Chapman Andrews’ team, proving that dinosaurs laid eggs. Afterward, we’ll head to Bulgan Village, where the highlight of the day awaits: the Camel Festival. Here, you’ll experience the fascinating spectacle of hundreds of two-humped camels and enjoy a variety of unique competitions and cultural displays. 

The program for the first day of the festival includes:

  •  Captivating camel parade, 
  • Competition to find the best-dressed couple riding elegantly adorned camels,
  • Ankle bone shooting contest, 
  • Camel polo, 
  • Displays of camel products, and dairy products made from camel milk. 
  • Concert performed by the schoolchildren of Bulgan town.

After relaxing breakfast, we will attend 2nd day of Camel festival. The program includes:

  • Camel race takes place, showcasing the speed and agility of the camels.
  • Competition of Camel Training Methods and Gobi People's Customs
  • Camel Loading Competition
  • Award Ceremony and Closing
    Before dinner, we will reach Dalanzadgad town and overnight in good local hotel there. 

This morning we will visit Gobi Museum of Nature and History. This well-appointed museum houses plenty of very good information that you will certainly enjoy. Then drive to Ulaanbaatar and transferred to your hotel.
