XIII Century Complex is located 96 km (80 km paved roads and 16km earth road) from Ulaanbaatar, on 88 hectares of land around Yol Uul, Erdene soum, Tuv aimag. 80 km paved roads and 20 earth roads.
The complex is a micro-kingdom where you can experience the genuine way of living and work during the 13th century and the culture of the Great Mongol Empire.

Station camp and guard camp: The guards will greet guests and introduce them to the camp. In this camp, you can see military armor, helmet, sword, shield, and the White and the Black Banner of the Mongol Empire and take pictures wearing the armor of the Mongol army.

During Mongol Empire, the horse relay was the place where a postal man would be able to rest, eat and change the tired riding horses every 30km between the stations.

Craftsmen's Camp: Visit the workshop to learn how the women of the time made felt, quilting, embroidery, and embroidery, as well as blacksmithing and carpentry. Here you can enjoy observing the craftsmen's artwork such as horse hold utensils, women’s ornaments, jewelry, arms, and tools, etc, and get acquainted with the life of artisans of the XIII century and see the methods of processing barley rice.

Library: Get acquainted with the origins of the only “vertical script” in the world, the Mongolian script, and get your name written on a piece of paper by the scribes of the time. The library also houses books and scriptures written in Mongolian. Get acquainted with the heritage of Mongolians who have preserved their books and scriptures.

Herder camp: Visits to herder families to taste the fermented milk, learn how to process dairy products, and do it yourself. In addition, you can see horse training and catching horses with lasso pole, processing leather straps, riding horses, yaks, and camels.

Shaman's Camp: In addition to getting acquainted with the shamanic rituals that were first worshiped by the Mongols, you can see the homes and clothing of the shamans, as well as participate in the sky and earth rituals, shamanic landings, show your destiny, call for blessings, and perform rituals.

Khaan's Palace: In this palace, you can enjoy traditional Mongolian food and drink and try on king and queen’s traditional costumes and you will have a great chance to be taken a picture as a king and queen.
